These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the site, including customers, merchants, and vendors.
Product Fit & Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that all ordered items — including beds, headboards, and any additional parts — can be safely delivered through hallways, doorways, staircases, lifts, and any other access points leading to the intended room.
Please carefully check:

Access restrictions (flats, apartments, narrow entrances)
We strongly recommend verifying all access points before placing an order.
If the product does not fit into the intended space, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products (No Refund Policy)
All our products are custom-made or made to order.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any customisable or made-to-order products under any circumstances.

Orders placed with incorrect sizes or measurements are non-refundable, even if delivery is refused.
If a specific part of your order (for example, a headboard) does not fit and needs replacing, a new order must be placed for that part.
Additional charges will apply for the replacement and delivery.
Delivery Terms (Third-Party Couriers)
All deliveries are carried out by third-party courier services.
Delivery Location

Deliveries are made to the main entrance only.

For flats or apartments, delivery will be to the main building entrance, not to individual flats.
Assembly Services
If assembly has been purchased but the product cannot be moved to the desired room due to access limitations:

The delivery team will leave the items at the address.

Assembly charges are non-refundable, as assembly teams are dispatched separately and their fees cannot be recovered.
It remains entirely the customer’s responsibility to move the product into place.
Failed Delivery & Re-Delivery Charges
Please ensure the contact number provided at checkout is correct and reachable.
If delivery is missed due to:

Incorrect contact details

Customer unavailability
-
Refused delivery
-
Access issues caused by incorrect measurements
A re-delivery charge between £70 and £150 will apply.
This charge is set by the courier and is non-negotiable.
Re-delivery charges must be paid before rescheduling.
Delivery Scheduling
Once a delivery date is confirmed with the courier:

Orders are usually dispatched and delivered the following working day.

A time-slot confirmation may be sent.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the scheduled time.
Missed deliveries will result in re-delivery charges.
By placing an order, you agree to all courier-related terms and fees.
Order Changes & Cancellations

You have 2 hours from placing your order to request changes.

After manufacturing begins, cancellations are not possible without 50% charges + platform fees with is around 10%.

Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of production.
Returns (Where Applicable)
To complete a return (only where permitted):

You must notify us within 5 days of the purchase date.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and free from defects.
For hygiene and safety reasons:

Mattresses removed from original packaging cannot be returned.
Once the return is received and inspected, processing will be completed within 5 working days.
Original delivery charges will be deducted from the refund.
Fabric Beds & Mattresses – Special Policy
Due to the made-to-order nature of these products:

A 50% cancellation fee applies to fabric beds and mattresses.

This includes initial delivery and collection charges.

This policy applies to all payment methods.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
Product Dimensions

All dimensions listed are approximate and may vary by up to 5%.

If dimensions are not listed on a product page, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us via email before ordering.
Items We Do Not Offer

Headboard heights above 80 inches
-
Ottoman gas lift beds do not include a base board on the floor, as it reduces long-term stability and removing it provides additional storage space.
