Here at RBM Beds, we have a dedicated and friendly customer service team who works with various couriers to ensure our delivery service is prompt and reliable. All products by RBM Beds are made as ordered. Therefore, once the payment is completed you will receive an e-mail to confirm the details of your order (it may have slipped into your junk inbox). Your order is then manufactured and deliveries are sent out accordingly. We give all our customers an estimated lead time of 3-14 Days (UK Mainland only)*.
Delivery dates will be confirmed with us via third-party couriers so you do not miss your good night’s sleep! Once the delivery date is confirmed by courier, We’ll dispatch your order and next day will be your delivery you might will receive time slot email by us as well. you must ensure someone is present at home to accept the delivery otherwise re-delivery charge of £70.00 will apply if you are unable to accept the delivery on the set date. This charge is non-negotiable as it is a fee we pay to the national courier we use.
Please note: All deliveries are made to the main door only especially if you are living in a flat your delivery will be delivered to the main door of the building not your flat door. Please ensure the contact number you provide is valid so the third party couriers can contact you in regards to the delivery just in case if they can not find your address. If an invalid number is presented and you miss your delivery, a £70.00 re-delivery charge will be made to the account to rearrange your delivery with the courier.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have checked this page to see if we deliver to your area. If you place an order with us from an area we do not deliver to, we will have to request a cancellation fee for your made-to-order product. If you are unsure about your area, please e-mail us and we will be happy to help.
Defects with Delivery
Should your purchase be damaged during transit please contact us within 5 days of delivery via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures and your order number so we can rectify the issue and send replacement parts. Unfortunately, as our beds are made to order, we are unable to provide refunds on this basis. There will be no further charges for sending out replacements and this does not affect your warranty

OUTSIDE THE UK
Unfortunately the third party couriers we use for our deliveries do not offer their delivery services outside the UK.
