We had been searching for a bed for a very long time – we’d ordered elsewhere before and sent them all back because of the awful stitching quality. We found RBM Beds and immediately felt at ease ordering through the website because the reviews and quality of the beds looked excellent. The delivery time was as detailed online, however we received a text on a Friday telling us delivery was the next day (Saturday), we just love our bed.

I love my bed Thank you to RBM Beds staff they were really helpful, they keep you updated with the process until you’ve received your beds. We bought two beds from them one White plush and one in Cream plush Ottoman gas lift I’ve got enough space for blanket storage now low.

we ordered the wing back king size bed with gas lift , unfortunately the headboard wouldnt fit up the stairs and also thre is no floor in the base of the bed so anything stored in there goes on the floor. we rang up to try and exchange headboard for a smaller one but was told we would have to buy a new one with no refund for the one we had plus another £60+ delivery , very disappointed in there customer service
